Hey CBum, awesome video and so happy for you and Courtney. Maybe not soon, but after 6-12 months, I think it'd be cool to post a video about balancing your dad life with bodybuilding. Becoming a family man brings in a lot of new responsibilities and time commitments, and I feel like a lot of people out there use the excuse of being a parent to slack a bit on their fitness. Therefore, I think it'd be an awesome help for all the parents of young kids of there if you eventually do a vid on balancing family, work, and fitness and how you and Courtney make it all work

For me it took me 3 times to actually start taking the gym seriously, imo the first 2 times didn’t work and I quit after a couple months and never went consistently because I didn’t have a workout plan and had no idea what I was doing and just felt out of place and eventually quit, but this time I just found this workout split online and as I learnt more I adapted and personalised it to me, so imo it can be pretty useful to follow a workout plan until you actually learn what your doing

But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away.” Matthew 25:29 NLT Yet no one is really talking about it in the comment, but they will talk about how humble he is etc. this scripture he quoted is what keeps him humble. He reads/hears the Word. That’s the number one thing we can do live a full life.

Child birth can be rough to a father as well, I remember back in 2018 when my first child was born, my wife had a C section, and couldn't lift the child or bend over to pick him up, so for entire month, I was the one who would get up in the middle of the night, give the baby to her so she can breast-feed him, than lift him so he burps, change his diapers ,bathe him, everything.. Luckily I work from home, so I was able to help her, and I did the same for the second child :D but those moment you will always remember with a smile on your face.. So hold in there brother, its gonna be a roller coaster, and you'll love it :) Wish you all the best
