Thanks! 🙏💪 BCAA's not so much, the leucine in the bcaa is beneficial but you get enough if you eat adequate protein throughout the day. I would recommend a good quality whey isolate protein much more than a bcaa, however if you have a sweet tooth and enjoy drinking sodas that are full of sugar than bcaa drink would be a much better choice.
