I've been doing this morning routine a little after the video came out but I decided to comment when I saw good progress. I've been following some other videos of his but I sadly forgot the names. As for the diet, it depends how much weight you want to lose. We are different people so the same diet might not give the same results but I cut low on meats and carbs. I ate a lot of protein (eggs, rice etc.) I also stuck to eating more fish. You dont have to constantly stuff your face with salads but it's nice to eat them from time to time. Most importantly, dont give up. Keep the grind going and trust me. You'll get there. You got this 😁

I've finally managed to start doing the 2nd set of this whole workout =) i've done the whole workout every morning for the last 5 weeks and today i was comfortable to repeat after a 3m break with some water. After 5 weeks of dieting and losing body fat % and this routine you can start seeing some abs. If you're skinny fat like me be patience and wait for 2-3 months before giving up and switching. Patience is the secret to change.
@ant_9893 жыл бұрын
True but I think he should make a program for beginners because even 1 set of 45 reps on all of those execrises are way too hard to do for beginners. I can barely do 10 reps.
@MrAkamarured3 жыл бұрын
@@ant_989 it's a good idea to do time based exercising for beginners, where the quality of the rep means more than quantity. So in 30 s you could do 3 reps instead of 10. It's a smart idea to have variants for beginners in the video i agree.

Day 1 - Found the first one the hardest, only did 30 seconds of the second. Fount the rest a little easier. Switching Mountain Climbers was my fav. The last one killed me, I could jump forward but not back. Still went for it though. Good luck everyone! Day 2 - MY ABS ARE BURNING!!! Did 30 seconds of the first 2 but managed to do all the rest to the times Day 3: MY ABS AER STILL BURNING Did 30 seconds of the first one again but all the times of the other ones, finding the last exercise super hard so repeated one of the other ones for this. Day 4: Feeling less of a burn. Had to rest for first 2 exercises but kept going. Changed the last exercise up again. Need to work on this. My stomach already feels tighter just from using the muscles! Day 5 - skipped it because sometimes life and commitments get in the way Day 6 - I did all of the exercises the whole way through! I had a couple of seconds rest during 2 of them and i extended the 15 second rest breaks a bit but I did them all including the in and outs. The first 3 jumps were find but then couldnt jump out but kept going even if i was walking it out instead of jumping. The outline of my abs are more prominent than they were even a week ago wtf!! Day 7 - Did all of the exercises without stopping during them. Needed a few seconds longer rest breaks to regain breath control. Did more jump outs but had to kind of turn them into step outs after the first 10 seconds. Can feel myself improve all the time Day 8 - Woke up very early without much sleep and really did not feel i had the energy to do this. Made myself do it anyway and although there were times i slowed down a bit I kept focused and did all the exercises. feeling great! My upper abs are feeling harder and looking more prominent already. Day 9 - Missed one Day 10 - Done Day 11 - Done Haven't been writing but still doing this almost every day. MASSIVE improvements. Proper hard upper abs now aaaah my god! Also lost lower stomach fat and can now fit into my fav trousers again aw ye. Feeling strong and energised!

Accountability Comment... I want to do this everyday until 31 December 2020 | we'll see how much I fail and how much I succeed. ✅ Day 1 (7/11/20): Pretty intense, my whole body was shaking from the first move. but I think the worst pain I feel is not on my abs but on my arms... ✅ Day 2 (8/11/20) : my whole body still hurts from yesterday, I considered to skip a day, but I did it anyway. my body is not shaking as much as yesterday. The hardest move for me is the mountain climber and ins and out. it's really heavy on my arms. ✅ Day 3 (9/11/20) : My body still hurts but I get used to it now. I hear a loser voice at the back of my head persuading me to just skip it today. But writing this accountability comment really helps. It pushes me to just do it. My arms still need to take 3 quick rest in the middle of "climbing the mountain" move. ✅ Day 4 (10/11/20) : I really didn't want to do this today. I procrastinated this until night but at the end of the day I remember if I lose to my laziness, things not gonna change. Those 6 packs abs not gonna show up by it self! I'm glad that I did it. ✅ Day 5 (11/11/20) : I eliminated my loser voice by doing this workout the first thing in the morning. I can easily spend 15 min in the bed checking on my phone right after I wake up and it has became a habit ( maybe you do the same?). Now I'll replace it with 9 min light workout. Today I just need to take 1 quick rest in the middle of "climbing the mountain" instead of 3. yay! ✅ Day 6 (12/11/20) : Did it in the morning! and I didn't take any quick rest in the middle of "climbing the mountain" I'm surprised. Also I didn't feel any pain from yesterday workout anymore. Is this normal? ✅ Day 7 (13/11/20) : I can't believe it's already 1 week! time flies so fast. Now that I do this first thing in the morning, I don't hear my loser voice anymore. Right now I'm more motivated to finish the challenge and starting to get used to do workout in the morning. Hopefully this morning routine will build my strength to do harder abs workout on the menu. ✅ Day 8 (14/11/20) : Weekend, Woke up late. Meaning : I didn't my morning routine and pushing to do this until the night. The more I procrastinate the harder it become. But I did it. Today I needed to take 3 quick rest in the middle of "climbing the mountain". Maybe I need a rest? hmm we'll see ✅ Day 9 (15/11/20) : Sunday! manage to do it in the morning. I think did "climbing the mountain" with more intensity thus I needed 3 quick breaks in the middle of it. ✅ Day 10 (16/11/20) : Did in at 11.30 :/ ✅ Day 11 (17/11/20) : Didn't have time to do it in the morning, so I did it after work ✅ Day 12 (18/11/20) : It's getting tough to get motivated. Im not as fired up as the first week. Building a habit is the way to do it. Did this in the morning, and I think I gonna need to look for additional abs workout. ❌ Day 13 (19/11/20) : Woke up late , work till late didn't do it because my loser voice win. ❌ Day 14 (20/11/20) : Didn't do it. once again my loser voice win. But maybe it's good to have a rest day. although... this was just a loser justification since I've said that I gonna do this everyday. ✅ Day 15 (21/11/20) : Weekend! did it in the morning. now I gonna need to push my self to wake up early and really do this first thing in the morning. Because When it's done it's done! ✅ Day 16 (22/11/20) : Did it in the afternoon...! I'm trying to increase the intensity today ✅ Day 17 (23/11/20) : Did it in the morning...! Gosh it doesn't get easier yet... the mountain climb is still the hardest and now that I increased the intensity , it really makes me out of breath haha.. ✅ Day 18 (24/11/20) : Did it in the night at 11:30 . Today I feel stronger than the other days! I guess I start to get result!! ❌ Day 19 (25/11/20): Preoccupied with other things. ❌ Day 20 (26/11/20): Preoccupied with other things. ✅ Day 21 (27/11/20) : did this in the morning. Although I almost wanted to abandon this because I didn't do it the last two days, I will just continue to write my journey here. ❌ Day 22 (28/11/20): Preoccupied with other things. ❌ Day 23 (29/11/20): Preoccupied with other things. ❌ Day 24 (30/11/20): Preoccupied with other things. ❌ Day 25 (1/12/20): Preoccupied with other things. ✅ Day 26 (2/12/20) : Get back up doing this after a while. Let's go. I can see the result of my progress so far, my abs is harder and looks more defined... definitely gonna continue doing this til the end of the year.
