@@piggycuber1753 So 11th progression would be jump no arm pull up, then 12th progression jump no arm pullup negative, and 13th(evil) is no arm pull up. And then no arm L sit pull up, and then no arm legs up pull up and then finally no arm high pull up and finally flight ability unlocked

Because of Chris Heria, I have literally been able to build a 6-pack! (Took a couple of months, I also did some HIIT from Chris Heria, and ran. These LVL 1-10 are super helpful because it gives me a goal and the correct exercise to work on to get stronger. It's like a leveling up game.

It is great that you take care of the people you live with. COVID for sure has directed many people towards bodyweight exercises as an alternative to gyms. And when COVID finally is over it maybe that this diversion to different exercise methods has been for the better for many.

Currently on level 4. Went from being unable to perform a single one to make 12 reps! And now I've been doing weighted ones (20lbs added) Chris' video for going up and up stupidly works. Discipline, perseverance and hard work!!!

Awesome video Chris, so glad you decided to make levels 1-10 for pull ups just as you did for push ups. Next up would be core or leg exercises. I think your videos are the best tools I have at the moment for developing my own workouts as well as giving new challenges for my clients. Hey Chris, this video and your 100 pushups video are amazing. You should do one for progressing through various ab workouts. Something like "Ab exercise level 1 to 20". I think a lot of people struggle with ab strength progression just like a lot of people struggle with pull-up progression.

You can train using a weight belt OR a weight vest also him: puts on both and makes makes it super easy

Also One arm High pullups are possible and One arm lsit pullups are too but idk about One arm l sit and explosive, probably the best you can get Is chest to bar which would still be crazy

This workout program that you have one here should be worth a million dollars because it has me doing it and I'm at your level 4 and I'm 58 years old I have a pull up bar in my yard I can't wait until this pandemic is beaten to the ground I would definitely come to Miami to your gym to workout and oh my goodness I wish I had that kind a gym or franchise I love you guys you're the best you are the best!!!

Before quarantine, I dreamed about being able to pull up, I learned to chin-up in a couple of weeks cuz of you, and then even learned to do pull-ups. Now I can even do 5 pull ups, and I'm progressing really quick. Thx for the motivation!

Well i used to play football in Greece and my lower body still has a lot of strength,in addition to my upper body! I got inspired by you Chris , and i joined Callisthenics one month ago.I am full dedicated and have seen huge results in my body shape and strength. Also watching and following by letter your nutrition advices. Thanks a lot man,you're doing a really great job and as always keeping it simple. Keep motivating us the way you know brother.

Thank you for the incredible tutorial! I used to do only muscle ups and normal pull ups, but it doesn't stimulate muscle gain anymore. I feel my muscles are stronger after I followed the progression to the archer pull up!

I’m 44. I started pull ups about a year ago. I could barely do one or two. Now I can do 16 in a row with good form, and now moving on to variations like L-sit pull ups and archer pull ups. My advice: ensure good posture in general and pay attention to your rotator cuff to prevent shoulder impingement; incorporate weighted pull ups once per week (i.e. on Mon) once you can do a basic amount of regular pull ups (maybe 8); incorporate fast pull ups / slow negatives and scapular retraction pull ups once per week (i.e. on Wed); then aim for a new volume record once per week (i.e. on Fri). Keep progressing and watch the gains!

l sit pull ups feels tougher on the shoulders. I can do about 5 or 6. Need to work on getting them high though.

I got challenges for the gang. The challenges are 1. Who can hang on the pull up bar for the longest (100 pounds) 2. Who can do the most push up in 30sec 3. Who can do the most pull up in 30sec 4. Wide, shoulder width apart, close grip muscle up (5 each) 5. Who can hang with one arm on pull up bar(40 pounds)

Chris, thank you, if I hadn't found you on youtube I would have been just a fat dude playing computer games all day, doing nothing. You changed my life a lot, from not beeing able to do anything to beeing able to do 2 pull ups, you might think 2 pull ups are nothing but for me, it seemed imposible do even do 1. It reminds me of Paul Wade's training with 10 lvl Convict Conditioning. Here is only pull-ups but there in the book are all types of workout for all muscle groups. Come up somethin' like that, Chris

There's SOOOOO much info in this vid! Much more instruction than most, for good reason. I think people slept on this one bc they're intimidated by pull-ups but Chris is great at building people up gradually.

Level 11: No Arm Pull-ups; Pull yourself up without using your arms, literally flying. Once you do that 5 reps, then you're ready to establish a new religion.
