Hey Chris I know you might never see this but for the smallest chance that you will I wanted to let you know you have really helped me get in shape. Last year I was 15 and joined weight lifting in school and I gained very little muscle mass and strength and my endurance was very low this year I am 16 and I have since dropped my weight lifting class. I have now been doing your workouts on KZbin for about 2 months and it has made a huge difference for me. My physique is much more muscular than before(i was really scrawny when I started) I have high endurance and my strength is much better. I also recently downloaded your THENX app and Heria pro app I'm not an official member so I personally like the THENX app more but I'm seriously considering becoming a pro member bc those apps have helped my workout schedule considerably and given me good exercise ideas and I love how the app shows you how to do them. Sorry to ramble I just wanted to let you know how much your channel and apps have helped me achieve my goals. Thank you

@@levi_6017 Brother you can do it! I was pretty scrawny too but after a couple months of working out I have made massive progress. All you have to do is set a time during the day and you have to go for it! I turn 30 tomorrow and have gotten to the point where my body causes me pain simply because of my family genetics. I am 6'3" and 208 lbs. I have always been slim but a lot of sitting over the last few years has made me very out of shape and caused a lot of back pain. I've made the commitment to get in shape and functionally train. I'm pushing into week 3 now and can say that I'm only now at the point where I can do all the exercises (at their easiest modification) in Chris's warm up video. That's just the warmup! Here's the title if you're interested: "5 minute WARM UP You Can Do BEFORE ANY WORKOUT." However, when I started, I couldn't get through the whole thing. I did some of the exercises for some of the time. I can now do the whole thing (still have to modify some of the activities but I can do the full time now). I did this workout yesterday (sort of). I modified almost all the exercises to the easiest option, did two rounds, and couldn't even do the full time limit for many of the sets. It killed me and made me feel like such a loser. I say all this to acknowledge the fact that this is a massive growing process and, while it is incredibly discouraging, something that you can do if you commit yourself to being incredibly resilient. Chris has graciously put enough content online for free to radically change the physical life of a lot of people. Take the jump and know that it is going to take a lot of work and a long time to feel like you are making any progress at all. And that's ok! I've personally realized that there are things in life that should be hard or they wouldn't be worth pursuing. I have gotten to the point where I have very few areas of discipline in my life. Committing to Chris's workouts have made me realize that this is an area that I need discipline in. Thank you Chris for inspiring me and many others to get a hold of our lives and do something hard. I look forward to the next weeks, months, and years of continued progress that we will all make together!

I keep failing at the first exercise, I can't hold my body when my feet are on the wall but when I do elevated push-ups on a table it seems easy. Do you know how can I do the transition from the table to the wall?

After doing 4 circuits of these if you're not extra pumped and dead at the same time, there's definitely something wrong with you.
