I've tried Stratia liquid gold and I absolutely love it! One of the most calming products I've used. The only complaint I have is that if I don't mix it with another moisturizer, or put on another moisturizer after it, it will leave my skin with a yellow hue. I'm not sure why exactly, though I'm thinking it's a combination of my skin tone being very pale and maybe that I don't have a ton of yellow undertones in my face. (Could just be that I'm pale, I don't know lol.) I'm definitely going to pick up most of their other products to try out one day

I think it really is the only downside of liquid gold for some people. It is such a great formulation, and thankfully I haven't had the yellow issue! If you buy others from the line, be sure to come back and let us know what you think :)

What does og mean? I just got mine in and so far I like it. I feel like it’s taking too much of the c serum to cover though. Feels like it disappears into skin very quickly like I’m not getting enough. Tingles a bit then goes away.

Just got my first bottle of liquid gold and super excited to try it out, heard a lot of great things about it. Also very interested in trying out the c+c serum, been a while since I've used a vitamin c product but this one seems like a good fit for my routine.

Hi, I just found your video on Stratia...I'm actually looking for a good peptide serum, but heard interface is good, and they're having a good black friday sale on it. Do you think it could be used in a thin layer in effect as a serum?...do you think a moisturizer could be used on top, and then sunscreen, or do you think it's thick enough to really only be considered as a moisturizer...long winded question I know...

I love Interface! I think if your skin is dry you could definitely layer moisturizer/sunscreen on top - but if not needed, it is definitely nice and hydrating on its own :)

?? I heard Liquid Gold tends to turn fair skin yellow. I have fair skin and it seems you do as well. What are your thoughts about this? I really want to try it but this concerns me a lot. I'd like to add that I love your videos and this one, especially, was outstanding! So good!

Thank you so much! I find it sinks into the skin beautifully, and I don't notice any residual colour on my face. However, I am careful not to get any on my white robe!

Happy Sunday beautiful Christa! You look super glowy today! It's very hot today and I'm lathered on MAS' sunscreen! Have you tried it yet? Regarding Stratia's line, I'm in the minority that hated the popular liquid gold moisturizer! It burned my face every single time I used it! I tried it different ways but unfortunately, it just didn't work for me, however, I'm very interested in their vitamin C, peptide moisturizer, and the cleanser. Hi Mimi - I am here for the HEATWAVE! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with Liquid Gold, any idea what it is in the formulation that doesn't agree with you? I am afraid - I am in the minority with MAS sunscreen! My skin was in the same situation, very angry at me lol. Such a shame, because as you know I love the brand. @@ChristaEvelyn I suspected the burning came from the buckthorn seed oil, but that's just a suspicion. As for the MAS sunscreen, that's too bad. You're 100% right that we're all different and react to different products. What works for one person, may not work for the other. Great video! I'm eager to try this brand. I like face oils but have a hard time incorporating them as they seem to make my other products pill. Any suggestions?

Personally - I only use face oils in my evening skincare routine, and so really don't mind if my products are pilling into my pillow ;) But seriously... one of the reasons products pill is because we layer them to quickly (I am definitely guilty of that!). Try giving your products extra time to sink in before carrying on with the next step. Difficult in the morning I know when we tend to be in a rush, but it really does make a difference in my routines.
