I don't know your exact circumstances but your role as a man is to basically have your own life, your own ambitions, and dreams, and to follow them. You simply say "yes" to her advances, and to make dates. You ask if she's open for dinner on Friday, she says yes, and you don't really talk to her until Friday unless she reaches out. On Friday you set the evening up to hang out, have fun, and hook up.. You use the phone for almost entirely setting dates. You keep conversations short, and only return texts/call when she does them. You do need to listen to her though. If she has problems, sit down, and just listen to her. If she's not returning texts, or is being distant, you mirror that. If you chase, beg, or cry.... She's going to be turned off like you wouldn't believe. Let her walk away. You have to have the attitude that you will find someone else, that you can get other women.
