If you’ve never tried cutting the bacon up first when you are frying bacon for a recipe, it works great. You take a pair of kitchen shears, and cut the bacon in whatever size you’re going to want. So for example I would’ve cut them in approximately 1 inch pieces. Then I use a pan with higher sides. That way you can use a spoon and just stir them occasionally! So so so so easy. You don’t have to stand and turn the bacon slices one by one. Also if you think about it, before cutting them up, put them in the freezer for just a little bit until they start freezing and they will cut cleanly and a lot easier than cutting limpy bacon.

We keep a zip loc bag of cut up bacon on our freezer just for this purpose. And salads. And Top Ramen.

I do the same thing!! If I am going to break or cut it up anyway- this is soooo much easier and if you cook it in a larger sauce pan- no grease splatter on the stove top!!

I love love love breakfast!! 💕 I could eat it 3 times a day! 🤗 I make the savory one all the time! When I was working I would cut a portion and take it with me to work (I had to be there at 7am) and it was so good to have for breakfast. 😁 I haven't tried the sweet version but I'm loving it! We do the casserole with tater rounds instead bc they have more flavor. We also add some tamed pickled jalapenos to it for lots of flavor but not too much heat.

By the way.....i make it with ham and the mini glass jars of pimento xheese. Melts real good. Yes. This dish so yummy you'll over eat. If you dont idk how. Im making this asap. Ham!!! Try ham with the jar cheese. Melts so good. Then Id make a bowl of fruit with this coco nut. Creme de coconut of something. Oj or apple. Juice assortment and a nive hot tea variety. Coffer or mimosa. X mas and easter. I love the tea assortment. Jamin tea is nice and mint. Splash of cream. International delight flavored coffees. Ive seen one going around with lg shrimp and crab. Wonder how real canned crab would be? In making it a brunch sometimes I get the mini pancakes and waffles. Blue berry or cherry with a cream cheese. What ever meats I didnt out in the casserole like bacon I cut it in half for little bites. . my eyes are terrible. Time for stronger glasses. I love doing bruncg on x mas and easter.

EXACTLY! We watch this adorable couple because we LOVE them AND the recipes they share! “Healthy Food” isn’t what we’re here for, we’re here for delicious, indulgent, enjoyable, sometimes over~the~top creamy, cheesy, dreamy dishes, not quinoa and chickpeas. I made the tater tot one for my parents for Christmas morning and they loved it! I couldn't get the mini tots, so I cut the bigger ones in half. I also couldn't get ranch seasoning, believe it or not, the grocery was out of it. So I improvised my own ranch seasoning mix. I also used half bacon and half sausage. It was wonderful! We'll be making it again. Thanks!

I made the bacon and egg casserole today, it turned out great! I did air fry the tots for 10 minutes before assembling. Baked at 359 for 35 minutes, perfectly cooked!

Another great casserole to try wothout biscuts- use crutons and you prep ot overnight to let the crustons soak. It is amazing!

Today 12.21.2021 the 1st day of Winter my husband and I are celebrating our 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary. We met New Year Eve 1995 on a blind date set up by my friend from high school. Her boyfriend was my husband friend. A hard worker one of the things that impress me the most.
