Sad to hear of his passing. I saw the movie when it first came out; I was 15 at the time, and it had a profound affect on me. I became a 60's activist because of this film. I loved the lyrics to The Shape of Things to Come. I believe they are just as relevant today, as nearly fifty years ago!

I knew him and lived with him in an apartment in Hollywood. A long time ago. I introduced him to Carrie Abernathy,the mother of his kids.

Chris visited the family of James Dean, he also had a nervous breakdown. He only acted in one film I know of in later years and that was a favor to director friend Larry Bishop (Larry was a member of Max Frost and the Troopers in Wild in the Streets)

I was 18 when Wild in the Streets came out. It really got my Rebel up. He did James Dean better than James Dean. I still listen to Shape of Things to Come. Time someone covers it.

I know this; after his friend Sharon Tate was murdered, he fell apart. How sad. I can only hope his last relationship was cool and father of several kids (cool)
