Switched up to a vegan diet for this reason, growing up on a predominantly Caribbean and fast food diet, i've witnessed most elders in my family suffering or dying from heart attacks, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, glaucoma etc... The food we ate had so much sugar and salt, plus the red meat sitting in your stomach for days digesting, it's not the one, especially for black males as it contributes towards prostate cancer. Saying that, you can still be a vegan and be eating unhealthy, it's mainly about balance, knowing that you're eating a sufficient amount of unprocessed natural food and keeping your sugar and salt consumption down, plus not eating to much starch/ carbs at night time to allow your organs to rest whilst you sleep.

The whole thing with needing to get trims is psychological. If you have short hair and are used to getting haircuts to keep your hair looking sharp in your head you always feel like you need a trim even just a few days after just getting a trim. I don't have that much does to be spending on getting a trim every 2 weeks as my so I keep my ting looking sharp by brushing my hair with a brush comb not a normal comb. Plus it saves you money in the long run. I get a haircut every 4 weeks and get a shape up every 2 weeks.

Until this day doctors say many things are incurable and people with no doctor qualifications cure the same diseases in a month or 2. Think logically, how can a fruit or vegetable have the same nutritional value just because it is frozen. Freezing doesn't pause days but it preserves. And no preservative can stop the deterioration of nutrients
