Hi bruno, unfortunately italian airsoft laws impose a 290FPS limit for all ASGs.

Yes, it's about 293FPS which equals to 1J, I wish we could get the same FPS/J limit as the U.S (is it the same for every state?) but more likely than not it's not going to happen!

Is the am-14 more precise than the am-13? Can i reliably hit tergets 40-50 meters away after i tune the hop up (and with a good sight)?

Hi there! They're pretty much the same, stock accuracy isn't bad but if you're looking for improvements I'd consider buying a 6.01 tight bore barrel and possibly the Airtech Studios BSU (Barrel Stabilizer Unit), you can find a video I recently did about it.

Awkward, watching the review it seems the 013 is much less accurate than the 014. I wonder what happened during the shooting test. Aside that, the BSU seems quite nice! :D

Yes you're right, I'll tell you what happened the Hop-Up rubber on the AM.013 wasn't installed properly, don't know if that came from the factory or the retailer, but once I've inspected it and placed it properly the accuracy went up just like the AM.014's, unfortunately that was after the review and it was the first ARES I've tried so I had no terms of comparison, I thought it was just average accuracy wise but in fact they are pretty accurate guns.

What mags would you recommend for this gun other than the ares ones?

Actually every mag I've tried was feeding just fine, just make sure they are placed firmly in the receiver, I usually run G&P low caps.

Chupacabra Outdoor hey would you recommend a wide bore barrel on this, I wanted a cqb that can also shoot far and I was looking at this and it looks great and I wanted to do some stuff to the gun like a 6.13 with a flat hop, and a new high torque/speed motor and wanted to try out what you did to it to make it shoot almost as responsive as a damn polar star. in the video was everything stock? if I get a wide bore will I need a new motor and spring to keep the high and fast fire Rate?

Dai un'occhiata allo smontaggio: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q3W7pWiBiLt5hKM Sono repliche adatte veramente a tutto, certo in CQB danno il meglio grazie alle dimensioni compatte ed il calcio retraibile, ma le ho usate con soddisfazione anche in boschivo, sono molto leggere e non stressano in pattuglie lunghe e faticose.

Figurati! ;-) Direi che una SP95 dovrebbe fare al caso tuo se mantieni tutto originale, scenderei verso l'SP90 se conti di installare una canna di precisione. Io non l'ho mai preso perché giro sempre con le 7,4, preferisco fare stravolgimenti meccanici ma mantenere sempre batterie a basso voltaggio, però se ti piacciono le funzioni che offre la centralina perché no! Domani pubblicherò un video interessante per gli ARES Amoeba, dacci un occhiata! ;-)

Hi Justin, it's actually programmable with the ARES Amoeba EFCS programmer, sold separately to the rifle. With such programmer you'll then be able to set such firing modes: SAFE - SEMI - AUTO SAFE - SEMI - 3RDS BURST SAFE - 3RDS BURST - AUTO SAFE - SEMI - SEMI
