We live way out in Eastern KY and twice in 4 years we have seen the church roll up with 2 semi trailers of emergency food for flood victims. We gave it to other churches and organizations and they distributed it.

I love to serve others! I love it for 4 reasons. We can make God happy when he thinks of us helping his children. We can potentially help our spiritual brothers and sisters to be happy. We can experience more joy ourselves. We can all draw closer together and to God as a result.

It saddens me that all these things happen in Utah. We would love such an effort in Brussels Belgium to help the poor and needed over here who are members and non members too. I am ward wellfare leder in our ward, and we do NOT get these resources..... I wish we did.
