Very Good information Doctor.. We indians use barley during pregnancy Feet will be swollen at that time our mothers will make barley water... But it is prescribed by our prophet.. He used to take barley roti.. And Barley porridge is good for Ibs. And it soothes our mind and soul

@@estherpaul9685 100 grams Barley + 100 gram pachai pyuru(green gram) soak it for 8 hours For flavor add 1 full garlic and Small amount of Nilakadali Add 1 1/2 cups of water Pressure cook for 4 or 5 whistles Mix it with butter milk and eat it
