I've started a KZbin channel about our homestead and a mixture of fitness/jiu jitsu/ and nutrition stuff. I want to put in family content but I don't want to stray too far out of a "niche". Do you enjoy seeing a mix of father life with his other content? Just curious what people are into these days. Have a great day!

Thank you for sharing Nick. Beautiful family and life. For sure this video is left with a cliff hanger. I live in Nashville and to hear your going back to AUS. 😢 but happy for you. Curious to know if G.1.M club is still in the works in Nash and will you still visit? I do plenty of runs during the week, I have always wished to one day find you along a run just to meet you. Maybe one day. You are my fitness hero. Thank you for serving. I’ve started listening to Necessary ending, it was perfect timing for what I got going on, awesome book, I’ve experienced a couple breakthroughs. Thanks for the recommendation.

Just did your IG poll on artificial sweeteners. I hope you make a move to make the products we all love even healthier. The Sucralose in the intraflight was a no go for me. Besides current strength and fitness, long term health is a primary goal. Moving away from artificial sweeteners would be such a rad step in the right direction.

Really inspiring video. I’m working to get into a healthier routine as I’ve fallen off the wagon since our daughter was born. How do you work in mobility with your strength training and cardio? I want to focus on building muscle but also work on mobility/flexibility. Additionally, can you tell me what color your office is painted in? I’m looking for something very similar for my home office. Thank you!

I’m aware you know what you’re doing when it comes to lifting but when you’re doing flat bench dumbbell press, shouldn’t you be keeping your head glued to the bench which will, 1. To help push harder, 2. To avoid neck injury. I was told by a body building coach to always keep head planted to bench and feet planted to floor.
