Glad to see a little love for Robin Hood. I love that movie. It isn't a very good Robin Hood story or very historically accurate, but it's medieval adjacent vibes really strike a chord with me. If you just looked at it as a non magical medieval fantasy movie, it rules.

Now cover how Ridley Scott can make one of the world’s most influential warriors and politicians look like a creepy petulant cuckold

Well if we consider he wrote his loved one to not bathe, especially not clean her private parts, because he loved it being schmelly atleast the creepy part seems to be true

It's obvious he despises Napoleon. It's an ongoing theme amongst elitist British apologists. I'm speaking as a Ridley Scott film fan.

Because he understands that history creates a 2 dimensional character to the whims and wants of the current victor, he is free to create a third dimension to suit the purpose of his movie.

What are you talking about. If you took the time to read or do any research on the man of Napoleon you’d understand that he has one of the greatest stories of all time, and that he was very complex as a man. Absolutely nothing two dimensional about him. What Ridley Scott did was an absolute disgrace to the great man. During his character into a childish cuckold

One secret is to totally abandon any basis on history and just make a battle that you want to make amd insult ant historians who throw shade at you.
