I love the fact that this one is at the end of the album, in a way that makes it seem like we're stronger than our demons that are mentioned in the previous songs on this album, like we're able to overcome our challenges and surpass expectations and be stronger than we ever thought possible. Everybody goes through dark and difficult times, and sadly not everyone survives it, but I really feel like this music could help people from going over that edge or from hanging that rope or pulling that trigger. Everybody hurts, and everybody's different, but music has the power to help bring us all together and help us heal. Let's do the right thing and help others heal, not make their pain worse

My journey would be about this and something I call the most important thing in life for many women in my age nowadays... it's existensial crisis and finding my own, true calling in life. You know I'd like to become a mum, wife one day but before this beautiful roles... I;d like to start new studies that are totally different from education I already have... to try a volunteering maybe...all this activity takes a lot of confidence and inner strength. Since 'Let it Burn' that was the first song i heard from you, I'm in love... Every message, every note, helps fighting depression. One of the multiple times that i was listening to you, one of my best friends, who's struggling through depression too, asked me for the band, and when i showed her 'Found' and 'Let It Burn', started crying, letting all go. Let It Burn is our hymn now, and with this new song and all the others, we are getting stronger and stronger as days pass. This is exactly how I felt when I was dealing with manipulation of others and finally found a courage in myself to let go this people. Remember that you don't deserve any of it and remember that you are strobg enough to deal with it. Don't let anyone use you in benefit of others. It's really crazy how you guys don't stick to one subject with every song made. Some are about admitting when you're wrong, others are trying to win against the darker side of yourself or someone else. But each one has some powerful meaning through the intensity on the surface. I can respect that for a group. I'm really looking forward to listening for your other songs. Thank ya'll for doing what you do, I really needed another strengthening band in my life. The one thing I am curious about, is a specific topic chosen and lyrics are written around that, or do you have a list already created for deeper subjects that want to be struck in some way - whether it be in the same song or individual ones. Really appreciate this comment. We try to cover the full human experience with our music and are so glad you caught onto that. As far as the process of writing, it totally depends on the song. A song like unbreakable, I had all of the melodies written before writing any lyrics and the word unbreakable popped in my head when I was singing that line, "Go ahead and throw your stones, I'm unbreakable." I knew then that it needed to be a song about empowerment but didn't know until it was mostly written. A song like "If these scars could speak" is a conceptual idea and title I have had for years and is a song that has been re-written 5-6 times. It's a unique approach with each song. Hope that gives you some insight :)

I've been through a lot throughout my life, this hit hard because I've had to make this decision of either to become the victim , the survivor or the abuser. Its never easy to make any of those decisions but in the end, I've chosen to be the survivor of the abuse that I've had to undergo from childhood, until I was adopted and then again I chose to be the survivor when it happened again at the age of eighteen. Its never been easy but 20 years later no matter what I am still here.

Absolutely great song! Strong message and catchy as heck! I suffer from severe depression since my early teens (13'ish) and for around 9 years I hid that, this year I finally managed to muster up the resolve to go see a therapist, who basically confirmed that I'm suffering from severe depression, social anxiety (and a bit more). Now I will try to recover from the damage done over many years with medication and more sessions. I especially have to thank you guys and your amazing songs for being there for me! Now 50 years later I still fight PTSD and my physical effects of my wounds every hour of everyday. After wearing my mask and amour for other people to see just to get along in life hurts to the core of my being. The few friends that I do have where over there as well. No one who hasn't seen the face of war will understand the toll it takes on the men and women who go and fight them. That see the pain, and horrors that man does to man is something that you never forget, no matter how hard you try. Yet every day I get up I fight to have a normal of a life as I can. I fight so that life doesn't brake me worst then I am now.
