I work in Pensions in the USA as a Teamster in Chicago. (if you didn't know this song is about George's dad losing his Canadian pension). gluabab the tuning is in Drop D* when I play it, it sounds right. To find the correct (or extremely close) chords look in the related videos for boiled frogs cover by sometimes7777 thats where I learned how to play it, you can see exactly what hes playing. Hope that helps. *Drop D makes it easier to play power chords because in this tuning you just have to bar the fret
