Great job on the videos by the way, just watched them all. So far best informational videos about the LFX swap in general that I could find.

Planning on doing an LFX swap into another car. The wiring harnesses you used is a stand alone or is it design for the Mazda only? Also could you touch on the water outlets on the rear of the engine? I seen on the fwd set up you could just use a hose and clamp, but the camaro set up looks different? Maybe it’s just me lol...

Thank you. I will try to get some pictures of the rear of the engine. It is pretty tight up against the firewall now so it may be difficult to show. There are two hoses that just clamp normally to the Mazda heater core. The wiring harness is a modified harness that is included in the Keisler Automation kit. It is designed specifically for the RX-8, but you could modify one yourself with some time and wiring diagrams. It starts as a Camaro harness that is modified to just run the engine. The ECU is also reprogrammed so that it isn't searching for modules that aren't there. It also has its own fuse box to protect all the circuits, and it get power from the RX-8 junction box. There are a couple custom made harnesses for the RX-8 to keep functions like power steering, working instruments, abs, etc. That is needed since the Mazda engine and engine harness are removed.

That will be a huge power improvement for that truck. Here is some general information about the engine: gmauthority.com/blog/gm/gm-engines/lfx/ This company in Australia makes a lot of aftermarket parts for the LFX: www.maceengineering.com.au/epages/shop.sf/en_US/?ObjectID=24418132&ViewAction=ViewFaceted&FacetValue_CategoryID=24418132 You may need a factory service manual for the wiring diagrams. I have found ECU pinouts, but not much more than that online.
