I'm by no means a weightlifting expert, but I think Clarence missed the 185's because he's not fully extending for the triple extension which causes him to jump back. You can see his feet shift back, meaning the bar is just too far in front of him, hence why it immediately falls in front of him after he gets down into the squat after the extension, maybe try and be more vertical when doing the extension?
@TheMortalKombatent
@TheMortalKombatent Жыл бұрын
yeah he pulled them all in the right area but he jumps back a few inches and the bar barely goes past his head. his technique did get better recently tho.

Gerry Ramos well Clarence technically lifts differently than what’s standard for all aspects of his lifting. He’s taller plus has his knee issues so it doesn’t surprise me that his snatch mechanically is off (which doesn’t matter because he’s such a freak)

This is equivalent to watching a giant white tiger, going about its day. Subtle muscle movements course through the beast mighty frame as it catches sight of its prey. As you watch from the distance you notice what it’s been hunting, the largest animal in the jungle. You say to your self, “There’s no fucking way”. And then it pounces, “holy shit!” You say as the tiger breaks the neck of its gargantuan prey. That tigers name was Clarence

Problem with training is buying clothes. Nothing fits like I want since years back. Jeans is a no go. T shirts is medium from the beginning but nowadays I have to buy large cause my big arms and torso. Otherwise it looks ridiculous but with large for some reason, they make them way wider at the waist so it becomes a tent.
