@@hrsmp average height is not 6'0 mate and the reason you stopped growing was because most boys stop growing at around the ages of 16-17. In most developed countries average heighr is like 5'8 or 5'9 and clarence in 5'10 which is not bad. Weight training stunting your growth is all a myth unless your training with bad form which can cause injury and stunt growth

I actually struggled to get muscle-ups for a long time. I did a lot of calisthenics when I was younger before I knew what it was. I didn't just start doing them on day 1 lol.

Man I’m so pissed I stopped going to the gym back when I was 17. Now I’m 23 and watching this video makes me mad lol. I’ve been grinding again for 6 months ish (2 months gone due to lockdown )now and honestly can’t live without anymore. But I had such a different mindset back then.

What is his achievement? Lifting more and more weight? Cant see the point in that. Maybe 1000 years ago had a point, but nowadays its just ego and selfadoration. You dont need to lift 200kg to be healthy and strong I tell you that.

This man is a hard rock. I only discovered his channel recently and found out he even trained in 2012 in my home town's weightlifting club. He was this good that a professional sport club in different country took him for national league's challenges. And his movement abilities... What a legend, inspiring generations.

(Notice how much stronger he got during teenage years prime growing years to add extra stress on your body and if you're like mike tyson and don't fuck for 3 years you become a monster) I see someone who mastered their own body weight and then went onto master lifts with heavier and heavier weight over and over. And over Extreme energy control tips from anime... If you believe it you can achieve it. If you know it then you show it

I watched that triple body weight squat in 2011 and haven’t missed a week since. That and the Pat Mendez 800 squat. I’m a rugby player so it wasn’t even useful for me to be going atg but I would do it anyway lol

Hell, after the Gyms in my city were allowed to reopen I was already watching so many of Clarence's squats, snatches and clean and jerk videos. He's also the reason why I've stopped skipping leg day. I even resurfaced my old highschool tanktops so I could look like him. My squats and bench presses are below average for someone of my weight (209lbs/94kg) so this video helps me realize that no one could just squat 250kg first try.

@@N3G4T3 nah , to each their own. People do bodybuilding , pl , yoga , calisthenics etc . Some want to look good, some want to be more flexible etc . Each have their own pros and cons . I lift for time under tension and sometimes lift what i would consider heavy . So i can have strength but also look like i lift . Too many powerlifters don't even look like they lift. Which is something i don't like.

I just personally think that powerlifting is the best of them, remaining unassumingly strong is great for giving yourself the upper hand in dangerous situations, and it's funny seeing people's reactions.

my classmate never hit the gym, we went gym after school with a group of friends. Just for fun. Believe me or not he deadlifted 140kgs without even trying ( his first deadlift ). He was 14 at the time LOL. At that age he weighted around 85kgs and height about 1.85.

Given that he strengthened them since he was 12 I would be surprised if they didn't. If you don't stress/load your joints (the proper way of course) they get weak and you'll end up with injuries, it's not the contrary.

It was no doubt for training purposes. Especially when you start off as a tricker. It's a really important part of progressing, because the way you think you look while performing a trick is different from the real thing. To perfect your form, you need to know what you look like. He didn't want to stumble through getting form right, he made sure he was improving his form objectively by reviewing every training session.

I've been excercising for over 20 years. I'm 55 yrs old today and this kid is extremely in shape and a dedicated hardcore trainer.. Very impressive. I can still squat 500 pounds but his over the head lift is out of this world. I am a fan. Keep up ur insane feats and hopefully more will follow.
