What's really incredible though is how relatively unassuming you remained the whole time, like you're obviously jacked but no one would expect you to be squatting 500 fucking lbs at that size regardless of your age. The amount of power you were able to achieve with as minimal bulk as you actually put on is the stuff of legend.

@@N3G4T3 nah , to each their own. People do bodybuilding , pl , yoga , calisthenics etc . Some want to look good, some want to be more flexible etc . Each have their own pros and cons . Which is something i don't like.

@@AliHamza-sv4ni Well yeah, depends what you're going for, powerbuilding is the ultimate balance for strength and size. Hell, after the Gyms in my city were allowed to reopen I was already watching so many of Clarence's squats, snatches and clean and jerk videos. He's also the reason why I've stopped skipping leg day. I even resurfaced my old highschool tanktops so I could look like him. My squats and bench presses are below average for someone of my weight (209lbs/94kg) so this video helps me realize that no one could just squat 250kg first try.

It was no doubt for training purposes. Especially when you start off as a tricker. It's a really important part of progressing, because the way you think you look while performing a trick is different from the real thing. To perfect your form, you need to know what you look like.
