After 3 years of deadlifting 2 times a week I decided to finally try and beat my deadlift PR so I loaded 180 on the bar and I failed horribly even though it's only 2.5kg higher than my current PR. I can finally live in piece knowing Clarence also failed 180kg this day, but it was a freaking clean and jerk......
@USMCLP
@USMCLP 2 жыл бұрын
Serious question, how is your deadlift so low after that much time and volume? Are you generally not good with pulls?

@USMCLP
@USMCLP 2 жыл бұрын
@@redbullfromtoilet4259 It’s not a low number, but should be easily achievable after like a year of training deadlifts twice a week. But then again, OP might have a low bodyweight so.
@redbullfromtoilet4259
@redbullfromtoilet4259 2 жыл бұрын
@@USMCLP I would still say it’s not easily achievable. I’ve only seen a handful of people in real life deadlift that much in a commercial gym setting. Even most of my football couldn’t do that.
