Next time you try to pull sumo for fun: Your shins are forward like an olympic pull, then once you start pulling, your shins go back and your hips shoot up, which is actually the correct starting position. Keep your shins more vertical, weight back and your hips up a little bit when pulling the slack out of the bar. Don't think about being upright too much, just try to have your torso stay at the same angle throughout the first part of the pull. Got that info from world record sumo deadlifters haha. You'll make 320kg look easy next time.

Just do full body twice per day... I hit bench, inclined situps, squatthrusts, curl bar hang clean and military press standing, leg retractions, kickboxing bag, and if I can manage a pull-up... Then hot tub, possibly swimming if it is open... Always though, charity for the heavenly father and heavenly mother and their boys and girls... Remember, tons of virtuous practice
