The easy pull tip I will take note of. I installed an easy pull. I was having problems and thought that it would insure complete function. I may have increased the problem. I have gone through the clutch and improved it by deleting the spring spacer[97 fxd] and increasing friction and steel plates. I will have to remove the easy pull to test this. I am 75 and left hand is arthritic. I will measure the travel first and go from there. Thank you ! I had only good words from others on the easy pull befor your video.

Sure enough I had put one of the easy clutch mechanism's on my soft tail. Had a wrist injury last year. Bike was not down shifting very well. Took off the easy clutch, adjusted the clutch per your specs. BINGO, she is back to her old self. TY SIR!

why is everyone just talking about the easy pull being the problem. I understand how to measure it but not fix it. I have no easy pull and my clutch is brand new. it worked fine then I rebuilt it and now I have this problem. clutch creep, cant get neutral and very hard to shift.

While on a trip recently my '97 Springer became very hard to shift. The clutch lever was quite loose but when I tried adjusting it at the cable I ran out of adjustment and the adjusting nut came completely off the threads. I was able to make it home. I loosened off the clutch cable completely removed the primary cover and adjusted the clutch there turning the allen head adjuster one half turn from "touching". I adjusted the clutch cable and checked it with a dial indicator. The reading was 0.040. I turned the adjuster another half turn which is the maximum recommended, it now reads 0.060. The cable is again out of adjustment and quite stiff. Does my clutch cable being out of adjustment indicate it has stretched over the years and needs to be replaced. Should the dial indicator reading for a 80 ci Evo be the same as that for a 103 Twin Cam "garbage wagon"?

"F6R" what can you tell me about the top secret REVERSE gear setup that you folks apparently designed and sold to an avid biker selling a bike that I am trying to buy Looks like a solenoid driven reverse counter gear arrangement , but your videos are the best ,, so I go to the source and ask dumb questions

Buddie of mine was recently in a low speed crash on my bike. He just so happened to have layed it down on the left side of the bike. Directly on my primary. After this my bike hasn’t been shifting very well and feels kind of jerky on the throttle. Would you suggest that it to is a clutch issue?

I feel it may be a transmission problem but hoping I’m wrong

I was wondering, is there a warranty for these? I have one and the chrome is peeling off
