Awesome! Can you advise how much I can increase the ingredients by for a 7 by 3 inch cake pan? And will the baking temp n time be the same or higher/longer? Thanks!

Hi Chef and Sheena. I think eggs by weight is better. The avg Japanese eggs sold at the supermarket may be smaller or bigger than a supermarket in another country. Like we have 55g, 60g, 65g eggs etc from the supermarket.
