I have a question about the additional picture modes: If i enable these two modes (custom for pro 1 / 2) i will also get the "Multi Point (20p)" settings right? Is the Black Level setting within Service Menu more granular than regular menu? I find setting of 50 to show elevated black level on most movies so I have it set to 49. Some movies I set to 48 to get close to Oled blacks.

Just purchased a Sony a90j and downloaded the Calman for Bravia app and opened it, copied the IRL address and port number to a browser on my iPad and the Calman app showed it was connected but didn’t seem to be really doing anything. After a couple of minutes a message popped up on my iPad stating the server had timed out. I figured the process failed but when I checked the picture settings I found custom pro 1&2 and the 20 levels of color. A question I have is do I need to keep the Calman app? I actually deleted it after the process was finished. I hope that wasn’t a mistake. Thanks for this video

Avsforum A90J owners thread, first few posts are D-Nice's settings. You can fix the near black with manual calibration not autocal. Also I looked at that game of thrones scene and it didn't look anything like that, it's the camera that accentuates any artifacting or issues.

It's in the general TV settings but gets reset if you do a factory reset.

Just picked my A80J 2 days ago. Picture is stunning. Thank you and KG for pointing me towards this television. Only thing I have noticed are these very faint horizontal lines on light grey and blue backgrounds. They are very small, close together evenly spaced. Is this inherent in OLED? It's my first oled. I don't think it's banding/posterization as it's static and doesn't move. I have noticed some posterization but it's very minimal. It moves like oil in water. Other then that I'm completely happy with it.
