He was talking to a girl on there for a few days/weeks.. then me and my ex talked for a few days again so he cut off the contact with her and unfollowed her everywhere (I was kinda "pressuring" him to do it) But talking didn’t solve anything he was still emotionally unavailable and didn’t want to get back together so I tried to cut contact with him again... BUT then I found out that he got in contact with this girl from Tinder AGAIN and he was also talking to multiple women (not from Tinder but from his friend circles and even girls I personally know but I’m not really friends with them) ... our breakup is only 1.5 months ago and he already wants to meet new girls and wants attention from them. It’s so hard to accept because we were both each others first love and first relationship and we really had an intense connection. The problem is that our 1.5 year old relationship seems like a joke to me now because of the things he’s already doing. I could never..! I feel like I need to throw up when I’m thinking about meeting and getting to know other men. I’m just so disappointed and also disgusted by him after all I found out. I don’t know if I want to get back with him because these is literally zero trust I have for him. My ex moved In with me last Aug, within two months he was on a dating site and moved out into his own place in Feb and moved in his online girlfriend a month later!!! He continued to call and text me and tell me how much he loves me, misses me .. etc tells me I’m a good woman and he will just hurt me more cause he can’t be faithful!! He then damned me for making him feel love and told me when he fell in love with me and how much it hurts to not be able to show me that love! He admittedly is with someone that is like his last two exes that he hates ... one abandoned her kids and the other an alcoholic... this person is both and he chuckles and says is what he deserves!!! He is in Self destruct mode and drinks every night until he passes out ... I do not contact him but he occasionally reaches out to me!!! I love this man more than anything and told him I let him go!!! It hurts me to see him hurting but I can’t do anything about it, he made his choices so I am working on me and trying to move forward but can’t seem to let go of just maybe he will wake up and come home !!!

Hi Samantha, By the sound of how fast he got into dating and being in a new relationship, it fits the description of jumping into a rebound relationship. If you wanted to really get him back, you should start working on the Advanced Relational Skills that we teach so you would change the dynamics between the two of you. It seems like there are communication issues as well that you both need to work on. For example, you decided to break up with him as he was showing no interest. Were you both able to talk about these concerns prior to let each other know of your personal needs and find a solution where both of you can work on? All the best.

I hope someone can hear me out. I broke up with my ex because he had a bad habit of lying, so rather than being honest about something he would rather hide the truth because he used to think if I tell her the truth she would leave me. Now because he did this many times I couldn’t handle it anymore, alongside other issues but I definitely loved him because I kept giving chances. Now, say it’s been 3 months since we broke up, in those 3 months I found out he has been seeing someone for 2 months. He also kept going on about how much I hurt him and how he lost self respect in trying to get back with me. Whilst telling me all this he would say the girl who he is with now is everything he ever wanted, even though 3 months ago he was calling me his soulmate. What’s even more confusing is he himself told me that his new girl looks just like me. He asked me if I still have the rings he gave me and he mentioned that he still wears the watch I gave him which he was telling the truth because she posted some photos of them both on a date and he was wearing my watch! Is he in a rebound or an actual serious relationship ? Because when he said she is everything he ever wanted it made me think maybe this time he has found the one ? Because the last thing I found out about them two is that they went on a holiday and this was to a destination me and him planned to go to :( but we broke up before then.

Life is already difficult, the last thing U need is a man who is gonna give U drama. Trust me it isn't worth it, and I'm taking from experience. I had a previous relationship that sounded similar to yours and I realised after getting my feelings hurt so badly that it affected me for three months after that I let him go and freed myself. And my family and friends would tell me that he wasnt a great person but I always defended him and in the end he threw me under the bus. Don't trap yourself, go out with ur friends and meet new people. It's better than being with a shit person just because they "love" you. Everyone's definition of love is different so you gotta find someone who understands and agrees with your love language.

You and I have talked a few times but It's been awhile and you help a lot of other people but basically it was a rough breakup and she hates me right now. I took ALL of my stuff back and made mistake after mistake. Her mother forced her to try and get a restraining order, my ex dismissed it the day of without her mother knowing. (she lives in a house her mother bought and my understanding is it was "if you don't do this then find somewhere else to live") And as I said, the friend of mine messaged her and she said: "I'm super happy with how life is. No he definitely can't message me I don't care if he's sorry I don't want to be friends with him" So that's a pretty thick wall of reactance and I don't want to risk pushing her FURTHER away when she's in a spot where she may start to miss me again. What hurts is when I know that she was emotionally attached to me when we dated. She would dream about me regularly and cry because we were long distance and her mom didn’t think it was a good idea. My ex An I went on a break end of feb it was her call . We been together for 2 1/2 yrs engage for 1 year . Are love is strong our relationship was beautiful hardly argue if did we fixed it always was together lived together just recently had moved to phx before the break . We had just admitted on feeling a whole new love for eachother as if it got deeper out love before our 2 years we got to phx we both started working different hour jobs hardly was seeing eachother got 2nd job left well her An my step son were sleep get home well there were sleep slack of attention affection etc I feel she started seeking it else were where after break came out to be true she still with this person so as I left last week of feb 2019 she was already seeing this female before I left and continue I left back to Tucson cause I had no where to stay in May they went to Lego land with my step son broke my heart cause I was supposed to go couldn't believe she took her An few weeks after took her to Mexico to the grandmother vac home which I haven't even been to smh comes her birthday aug she comes in town to celebrate I run into her well from distance She noticed me staring at me I drive off I drive back around cause downtown night everyone cruises the streets I see her with the person broke me first time seeing her with her . Let me mind u haven't seen her my ex since I left in late feb . She calls few days later talking bout getting my cloths well I emailed her upset bout seeing her with the other girl which was wrong of me I asked to get the rest of my stuff she had it the whole time I'm thinking we're going to get back together after this break aka space she asked for cause she wanted to focus on her An her son which how when she has someone else in the picture smh so phone call she's yelling talkkng bout after I get my stuff leave her and my step son alone for good I'm never going to see them again she's doing great she's balling she gots 2 months paid rent her new girlfriend buy her things and basically that's it she changed her number on me I never got to get my stuff her uncle says she left it behind our lease was up she moved to new apartments and left my stuff behind told him that I was supposed to go for it I haven't heard from her since aug 12 smh when she called. I didn't react now she has fb profiles pic of them two idk I want her back An the step son
