Dont be stressed out about anything we live once and you should't be stressed out, okay! Please dont give up just yet, good things take a long time. You need to earn that good thing even though there will be obstacles im your way try and jump over it! Those obstacles are there for God to test you to see if you will keep going or stop and give up return back to God He will help you and will never turn back on you do your side then leave it to God He will never let you down. Hey, I just wanna let u know that my uncle has got me into meditation, he spent the night at my house and we talked about martial arts, specifiaclly kung fu, meditation and we lit candles and practiced Kung Fu, and he inspired me so much to the point where I started meditating everyday and taking jiu jitsu classes, thank u for these fluid energy waves hitting my soul, this has cleared my mind and it has helped my martial arts journey as well. I hope I can meet u one day just to say how much I appreciate you♥️

I did this after a workout ... its magical. I just started meditating since the new year. I do a 10min every morning. Any tips a/o advice how to not have your minded drifting away?

I felt the same way- in the beginning it is easy to drift away into different thoughts. What I do is consciously, actively try to focus so that I can bring myself back into the focused, clear state of meditation when unwanted/unnecessary thoughts invade. After all, meditation is about being 'mindful' of your present state. The key is to 'recognize' what your mind is doing. If a thought comes up, just let it pass and bring yourself back into the moment. This is not an easy process, but I'm sure we can get used to it with more practice. Also, really focusing on your breathing can help you anchor yourself onto the rhythm of your breath and bring you back from drifting away. Happy meditating!

near the end of this meditation, i noticed this sensation i’ve struggled with before in meditating. i can only describe it as an uncomfortable hump of drowsy energy. when i feel it come up, my usual reaction is to jerk and avoid the lethargic wave, bc it feels like my breath hitches and my chest gets heavy, and i start to become paranoid that i’m not breathing right. and instead of jerking away from it like i usually do, this time i tried to settle into it. it was hard to do, but i noticed the “hump” was the only moment i had trouble with a heavy weight on my chest. and now, after finishing this meditation, my head still feels incredibly at ease and flowy. i think that was very cool, ty!
