What Judge Mathis was talking about is so true. My husband missed a chunk of his daughter's life for those reasons the judge gave...and my husband was paying child support. If the father isn't doing anything or living a lifestyle that's harmful to the child, then he has equal rights to see the child.

It costs nothing to be honest in the end! She knew at conception there were other possibilities just trifling....Telling her not to cry when you don't feel her pain🤬.
@sereneamani17132 жыл бұрын
The other woman wasn't being mean when she told her not to cry. I believe they have built a sisterly bond and she was trying to tell her, like she said "it's okay". The other children didn't have the best relationship with their father just because he was their biological father because of his 21-year incarceration.

In cases like this (after-death DNA), there could be so many variables. James Swanson below brought up a good point. The father thought she was his child. The father thought the defendant and her siblings were his children. He could have been wrong in any or all of those situations. The defendant's mother discouraged her children from getting close to the plaintiff. Why? All of this just opens the way for speculations galore. What a wonderful world this would be if everyone was truthful, honest, and sexually responsible.

Sometimes the mothers do not know because of multiple sex partners, one night stands, or drug and alcohol memory lapses. I feel like they should be honest about all of that though. In this age where we have access to dna test, one can do their own research if given honest information. I'd like to know how do we know if the other young lady is the man's daughter? How is that tested? That concerns me when I see these episodes. We cannot just go by word of mouth. Anyone know how they conduct the testings?🤔

Women who do this irritate my soul. How can you be so selfish & irresponsible?? The pain brought to your child or children by doing this should make you want to help your child figure out who it is. Instead of playing mind games with them & giving them false hope. Shame on the mom & the defendant looked kinda happy towards the end…. Or maybe I’m reading her wrong but telling someone “didn’t I tell you not to cry” is not comforting in this situation at all. She should be giving her encouragement and tell her it’s okay to cry.

I really think (and hope) you and the others are reading the defendant wrong. It's not comforting to you or me, but people are different. Maybe her "smirking" and saying don't cry is her way of saying, "don't be sad, it's going to be all right". Again, everyone is not the same.
