God this broke me into tears a couple of times. I’m turning 24 today and am actually Costa Rican. I have spent most of my life working and living in California however. A fast paced life. Seeing all these young people gather together to enjoy and protect something larger than themselves truly touches me. Thank you for this beautiful production and for truly capturing the beauty of nature and the people who work to protect it.

Another Costa Rican diasporean living in NYC. Just got back from Puerto Rico where i got to do a day of climbing. I am very new at this meditation task. But connecting and climbing tress is where my joy for climbing started and after watching this i know it's where it will have to return to. Gonna have to go find a group doing research on epiphytes and volunteer my time. Happy belated bday mae!

@@evans7771 Best of to you. From Germany sending love and good luck. Great stuff and nothing better then the rainforest and climbing moving whatever. Had the best times on east Maui. About 300 inches a year and I sucked it up with gusto.

Espectacular video/documental Noah. Felicitaciones!!

To me it looks like the slings cut into the tree when you are having a lead fall? Since you love the trees you want to protect them, maybe you can use wider slings? Slackliners also use tree protection.

Danke from Germany. Used to live in the rainforest on east Maui. 250 to 300+ inches of beautiful/ heavenly pretty warm rain. Loved the forest and hunting. Seen paradise!!! but the most bestest tree was the one my daughter was attached to in Juttas belly >> the placenta! We checked it out real good. Didnt eat it or fried it up but planted a special coconut on it. When we turned the placenta inside out thats when wen we did see the tree. But all trees are a gift from above. Sending Aloha from Germany but I am on my way. Great kids! dont get hurt to bad.

highest tree i ever climbed I would guess was around 300 feet or more. tallest tree we could see on the horizon near goldstream park Victoria bc. took an hr and a half just to climb down, the tree was swaying at least 6 feet at the top in the mild wind. this was in the sun up hours of the morning after being up all night partying lol. A large Douglas fir. As someone who has enjoyed climbing tress since I was little, this looks like the most amazing experience!
