I'm sure the blockage has nothing to do with the GIANT tree right next to the tank! No inlet baffles in my area, they cause more problems than they solve. Only outlet baffles. Great content for this septic installer! You earned this sub when you said "poop smoothie" in a previous video!

My parents were on a septic tank for 6 years before the city sewer line came out, and the leach field was failing because mom said sh😢 used low sud's detergent because of getting suds on the lawn, but I know she planted a tree right next to it about 3 years into it, im pretty sure that was the issue

what is the price in USA for this ? In Slovakia EU, I have figured sorta thing out last week. My septic tank was full and the waste into the stream was blocked, so I release it with the WAP. I had to go inside the tank with a special mask and high fishing boots.

Ours is underground 🙄 and currently backed up because bathwater has been coming up the sink, gurgling toilet, washer spitting out water. So we aren't sure what to do. And getting someone rn is so hard.

Funny you sanitized your gloves with dirt. I work for a trash & recycle company and anytime i get some "trash gravy" on my gloves ill do the same thing if theres access to dirt anyway lol

At 10:09 you see a big tree right in the middle of their drain field. I guarantee that will cause catastrophic problems in the future if it hasn’t already.

Are you allowed to pump dirt that has fallen in the tank
@outdoorssytube3 күн бұрын
Our tank was over flowing yesterday. We got it pumped out, now debating on snaking the outlet line or trying to add some biomat chemical.. any suggestions?

You'll start to notice your plumbing fixtures inside the house starting to gurgle and do all sorts of weird shit when the septic system starts backing up.

Dealing with septic was a pain. Sometimes it the vent that won’t let the toilet flush make sure there’s no dirt or rust in vent tube.

God bless you for doing this work. Please remember about cross contamination between the pipes that touch the sewage and you touching the areas the pipe touched the sewage with your gloves. The same gloves that touch the phone you were using for recording

What do you do when your clean out is in the basement. I don’t want poop water on stuff in the basement. Should I pop the green cap outside to look. Septic is newish. Pipes old.

Ppl who don't flush scrappy TP instead put in trash can are just gross. 😝. Toilet paper is ment to be flushed PERIOD!! To leave it in the bin to be dealt with is disrespectful!!
@BrassLock2 жыл бұрын
In South East Asia you're specifically PREVENTED from flushing shit paper into the Septic Tank, and MUST put all shit paper in the rubbish bin. Haven't you ever gone on holidays LOL!
@califdad4 Жыл бұрын
You use a waste container with a lid and lined with plastic, and dump your container frequently
@bmaiceman Жыл бұрын
@@BrassLock I have never left my own country. Not likely that I ever will. Way to expensive and complicated. What does holidays have to do with travel abroad?? I'm not wealthy enough to even travel across my own country let alone LEAVE my country.

Thank you on information. Don't know what rizers are thou? My septic inlet is surrounded by red bricks, bought my house this way. I have leach field in front yard and they way I can tell how it's doing is by how green the grass is in that area. The only problem I have is during the spring after snow thaw is lines taking long time to flush through.
@mikebelcher6692 Жыл бұрын
they make a replacement square lid with 10”-12” plastic pipe”riser” built in that sticks up several inches, and additional plastic only riser pipes if needed to get closer to surface level of yard. I installed one on mine.

If your septic backs up, consider switching to sewer or sell.
@ArtistCreek3 ай бұрын
You can't just switch ro sewer. If you have a septic it's likely you aren't on city sewer or water lines. If you have a septic you probably have well water and vice versa.

Is digging up the lid included in price of pumping
@fionafifi7029 Жыл бұрын
Yes everything is included, gas, digging, workers pay, bosses pay, companys pay, truck maintenance, and sucking out the excrement. My bill was $400 last year
