My least favorite day working at Starbucks was grease trap day. The store always stank to high heaven when they came to clear it.

They most likely put it outside because of the smell. And the bugs that grease traps attract.

I thought some wipes are septic safe? I don't flush them anyway.

My tank was opened this week, 1st time since 1951 when ijt was BUILT :) The plumber insisted due to his inability to fix a bloackage..WHICH ended up being an issue with his appraoch and not my tank. WHEN his septic guy showed up and opened it he said "This thing isn;t even half full". Guys, learn that your septic tank is an ecology and take a few MINUTES to learn how to cultivate healthy growth and promote a constant and aggressive break down. NOW! The downside...trees. When the leech lines put out that nice health water,..those trees will run roots 200ft to reach them. But really, a yeast started for yoru tank, pour in 3 cups every 6 months, and you will never NEED a pump from an issue related to the ecology of the tank. Don;t frett for the septic guys, the world is full fo the lazy and inept, so they will awlays have work :)
