I absolutely agree that incline is better. I think the lifting community as a whole needs to review incline as the new better over all heavy hitter for pushing. Everyone loves flat and I do too and yes it has a major part in over all development but let’s be honest an incline press just gives a better bang for buck. Since investing more time with incline I’ve noticed my upper pec develop over time for the first time even though I’ve been flat pressing for so long.
