If you do the work in magnetic pallets you can do five faces in one time. The magnetic pallets was expensives, but you can save a lot of time.

Great job. Looked really good. I think you could have ripped the corners with the face mill faster than the high feed mill. I didn't like the sound of that since it was so long. 😅

good work, one thing that could've been done tho is the finishing of the surface so there wouldn't be such visible scratches from a normal insert mill, for finishing surface is best to use either ISCAR insert mills or HOLEX endmills

One of the most boring and most tense thjngs to watch. Remember back at school when you wrote the code on the "punch band", loaded in to the milling machine and pressing start. Even after running the code though the simulator it was nerve wracking watching the first run😂
