I truly enjoyed this. I used 10lb weights and it was challenging. Very effective session

Very good workout... Quite difficult to do the iso hold so I have to lessen the load/ weight to make it through. Still many thanks again Coach Ali and Steph. Cheers 💪☺️😉👍

Absolutely @angeljr franco isometric exercises present a very different challenge and they are fantastic for hardening up those muscle fibres. I will be trying to utilise more of them during workouts! The Thursday full version is 45mins and very challenging. I'm sure someone as consistent as yourself will thrive on this challenge 👍

Do you have a booty band workout with a form guide like these are? I did the episode 2 of the glute band one but it was hard to read the instructions from the floor. Spoken one would help :)
