I really appreciate your workouts. I just completed this one. I like your direct but pleasant approach. Additionally, getting right into a workout without a lot of chit chat is a plus. Your workouts have really been a positive resource in my fitness journey. It is interesting that what we do can bless beyond its obvious purpose. Seeing you and performing the workouts has been comforting during some challenging periods in my life. Thank you. Congratulations on all your success! God you and your family now and all and always.🕊🍃🕊

Hey @CoachAli. First of all, apologies this is *not* about this video, but a more general question. I've broken a rib (I crashed while go karting). I'm currently resting and recovering to make sure I heal well. But some questions: Are there things I can be doing while I recover so I don't lose the gains I've made? Any suggestions for how I restart training as my ribs recover? Obviously, I know you don't do medical advice, I already have taken proper medical advice. I'm more after training advice.

@ 8:23 why feet is on the bench and not on the floor?

@@veeral5647 great question! This helps flatten your back so it does not arch. Protecting your lower back is very important here 👍🏻

@@CoachAli I thought you ought to arch your back when doing similar also like doing Dumbbell bench presses?
