Great series. For a newbie like myself, it would be helpful if the exercise tips stay up the entire length of their respective sets. That way I can double check my form throughout the set and not guess if I remembered the tip correctly. Keep it up Coach, thanks for everything!

This workout is a more holistic approach to training core with a dumbbell. Not just smashing Abs and forgetting the other core muscles. Enjoy 👍
