Hi @Elenitsa21 thanks for the comment. When you say "warm up" what are you exactly after? Static stretching will only injure you if it's at the start of a weights session. Dynamic and joint impact warm ups are mostly irrelevant unless you're looking to do "sport performance" such as swimming, track & field, basketball, gymnastic etc. The best way to warm up for strength training is to do a few light sets of the very exercises you're about to perform. These will warm up relevant joints and tendons ready for pushing hard and mitigating risk to injury. I would just do the first couple of exercises a bit lighter to allow blood flow and oxygen into the right muscles/region and then up the ante after that 💪
