Hope you’ll see this, I’m 5 months pregnant and I’ve always been fit, I don’t like the style of pregnancy workouts on KZbin because they’re all so simple and easy and my body is used to being fit and active, im a yoga teacher and I feel nothing wrong on doing these videos along with you, would you think I should stick to the prenatal routines? I find them so boring and this is so great

Thank you! This is my third baby and it's the only pregnancy I didn't stop exercising so I think that's what did it! It was definitely not the same with my other pregnancies though that's for sure lol

Hello! Is this safe for pregnancy? I assume yes because you're pregnant in the video but I've seen other vids where the instructor is pregnant but doing exercises that aren't safe for pregnancy unless you clear that specific exercise with your doctor.
