This is missing Factor IV (Calcium ions) which both Extrinsic and Intrinsic pathways need. And Factor III is also important for the Extrinsic pathway, at least based on my class notes on this subject. But thank you, I like the purple trombone. XD

No one calls it factor IV anymore - they are just calcium ions that are needed for the whole process. Factor III is technically part of the extrinsic pathway, but it is often not mentioned as part of the process since it is merely a transmembrane protein that is exposed during tissue damage to factor VII. So we generally talk about the process from beginning with factor VII.
