Platelet count is one of the lab tests used by a doctor or a hematologist to assess whether your platelet number is normal, low (thrombocytopenia) or high (thrombocytosis).
Bleeding 🩸 time (BT) is another test for platelet function.

The more read, the better your clinical sense (Try to read cases with answers). The more real patients you see, the better your clinical sense will be. It’s hard work and patience...There are no secrets here!

I asked if there are real books for that ..starting with symptoms and end by managment ..based on discussion not as my text book.. My text books for exam and basic knowledge..but l need these sourses for training myself and arrangment my mind....

That's a mutant inherited version of factor V that is unresponsive to protein C of anticoagulation, thus, an hereditary thrombophilia. Not sure if it's the most common one or second place to Homocystinuria

There’s no known cure. It’s a genetic disease Coagulation factor replacement is the best management therapy as of today.
