Fun fact: if you look at who worked with whom, you can trace a direct line of descent from John Miller (inventor of the upstop wheel and first of the "great" coaster designers) all the way to Gravity Group. GG was founded by former designers for CCI, which was founded by former designers for Dinn Corp., which built coasters designed by Curtis D. Summers, who worked for John Allen, who co-designed with Herb Schmeck, who worked with John Miller. So they are part of a continuity of coaster design and innovation that stretches back over 100 years. Their coasters actually make me think of what John Miller might be designing if he were still around today.

IMO, there are three branches that almost all manufacturers derive from. They are the John Miller line (GCI, Gravity Group), the Anton Schwarzkopf line (Intamin, B&M), and the Walt Disney line (Arrow, S&S).

I've ridden Sea World Australia's Leviathan multiple times now, and it is a beauty of a coaster! It instantly became my favourite coaster on the Gold Coast, even beating out the DC Rivals Hypercoaster.

I've heard it's because you feel more imperfections with the track on Timberliners. Rides built for timberliners, and have only run with timberliners, will remain smoother. :)

Waldameer is my home park! I was interviewed by our local news station when the Ravine Flyer II's trains were first installed, and I rode it opening day in the rain! It's still an absolutely fantastic coaster!
