I think what's happening at 8:30 is that the access token is being revoked, but the session token stays active. When you switch over to a different app you're requesting a new session token using your revoked access token. Continuous access is one way to fix, though isn't 100% supported depending on product. This is described a bit in the Microsoft Docs on "Continuous access evaluation" and "Refresh tokens in the Microsoft identity platform".

Is she working on a excel, word and a powerpoint docs. in OneDrive, when revoking action take place, would she lose any updates (or modifications) on these documents? Thanks

It appears to only revoke sessions if you switch to another program. So, if you are already logged in to Excel or etc... it should save any work. Good question.

Bro I'm using boat rockers 450 Bluetooth headphone and the problem is I can't hear desktop audio while mic is ON,I can hear desktop audio only when the mic is OFF CAN U HELP ME and one more thing I tested with obs studio and obs studio recording both my mic and desktop audio but I can't able to listen desktop audio while mic is on.

Help Desk Tier1 would mostly reset passwords but it's good to know other stuff in case you go to higher tier or desktop support.

Yup forgot to clarify. Revoke and reset can be expected of tier 1 help desk. Delete is at would be tier 2 or a different group entirely.
