'Coco Channel' beach pyjama trousers | Vintage inspired CAPSULE WARDROBE | colourful sew 1920s style

Inspired by the beach pyjamas of the 1920s, these are made out of linen and are based on a culotte pattern from my vintage charity shop patterns and my trouser block. I think they have turned out to be quite elegant and I think they will work well for both night and day wear. I don't usually wear pants much but these are a nice crossover between a skirt and pants. They also seem to be in fashion at the moment as I understand that beach pyjamas were featured on the Great British Sewing Bee so it seems I'm in good company!
This is the last video before I leave for my trip to Europe. I have made 3 tops and a coat after this but my videos lag behind the actual makes so I'll get those up on KZbin when I return. So if you'd like to see those, subscribe and click the bell so you get notified when I put those up.

I hope you have a great time in Europe. In the South East of Europe it is extremely hot at the moment. Here in the Frankfurt area in Germany it is mainly wet, temperature around 25 degrees C. You may have to buy a raincoat and umbrella! 😂
