This is a new movement for me, so I am slowing it right right down. I am determined to learn! I think it will take some practice to get the hang of it. Even if I had the right strong muscles, it's a bit like trying to walk backwards!

hi coco i'm doing training 1 #& 2# right now i understand what you said to all of us . if we try too hard and pushed the wrong way then it hurt ; so better listening for better moverment . thanh you still trying

I love your videos! I have a question about the slide. It seems to be the opposite knee working to the previous hip exercise. Is this right?

That might be Francis, because that’s quite common in our society. We just don’t move as much as our body, mind & soul need... Dancing is an excellent way to get your coordination & balance back 💃🏻

Which muscles are especially required for the slide? I guess I need extra workout on that part!! My hip simply won't move without me moving me knees.

+WiMaBu it's your obliques, and your abs who drive this movement, but everything from your chest down is involved ;) Also the knees, but in a very unusual way. Be patient, practice is key here - and you got this!

@daxusx Just keep practicing with me :) Do TRAINING #1 and #2 from my playlists and you will see much improvement! The more you do, the faster you get what you want :)

You have to bend your right knee when you slide to the right. You can adjust the height of your hip with the knee.

Hello! I've been practicing this for a week now and I always bump on the same problem. My legs begin to hurt after a while, is this normal? What can I do against it? (I have tried replacing my feet already) Amazing video tho!
