Glutinous rice flour coconut dumplings/ mote phat htoke
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour-500 gms
Raw rice flour- 150 gms
Grated Coconut - 1
Sugar-150 gms( you can use brown sugar also)
Salt-1/2 tsp
Banana leaves - to make the dumplings
Mix the grated coconut and sugar together to create the stuffing
