There’s a few reasons they may not be shown. - Fatalities are a hard ‘NO’ - Serious injury is highly unlikely to be shown - If permission isn’t / cannot be obtained, even though there’s no expectation of privacy in public, it’s always best to get permission to show things, especially of a potentially sensitive nature.

@stg9312 жыл бұрын
@@RonPratt Hi Ron, even though it's a shame to hear that your channel stats are going down, there are many features that make your channel stand out. Besides the family friendly content, it's the technical explanations and the complete working process with the driving part and also the communication with police and firefighters. I would keep that as your community appreciates that along with the reliable upload on Fridays. I suspect that with your somewhat old-fashioned 20 second intro you are likely to lose new viewers in particular. The first seconds should be moving images, either with a text that arouses curiosity or cleverly chosen music. Just have a look at other successful channels and decide. In addition, you neglect the community tab and here the smartphone users. There is still some potential here for new viewers, e.g. also with the surveys. Whether a technical upgrade with drone footage will help, I can not assess, perhaps the weather is better suited for this in California. What can't be helped is the growing competition on TV and here on KZbin. What most are not allowed to do are Code 3 orders, that is almost a unique selling point. Please keep doing what works best for you and thanks for your videos. Best regards from Germany

The fact the jack-knife straighten out was not shown is no skin off my nose. We have seen quite a few times Ron showing those who's boss. Recovering the piggybacks however, that's new. Loved how it was handled and the modification to original plan made a ton of sense, given how Ron really tries to avoid making any existing damage worse or generating further damage Half expect him to recover a wreck in better condition than it went in sometimes. Always enjoy seeing a new conundrum for Ron and company to tackle. That's what makes it fun. As for the text comment about the red liquid is not blood, I had to smile and said "No, not blood, just transmission fluid. The blood of a rig is usually gold or black. Y'know... Oil." Prayers go out to those hurt or worse in that wreck and to those who had to witness it that they can move past such unpleasant sights. May your guardian angels always watch out for you and all who use the roadways. Stay safe.

Wow I just got to watch the whole video. Praying for everyone involved. I can understand why you didn't want to show jackknifed truck. I saw some horrible accidents when going over the road with my husband back in 1999-2000. They weren't to pretty that's for sure. Not something I'll ever forget. God Bless you Ron your family and crew

Indeed, the red fluid is not blood. It's how you convert 'off-road' diesel, to 'on-road' diesel in a pinch! (I'll be here all night folks, thanks for tuning in). Serious note: Ron, you guys are the real deal. I've seen too many of these over the years. In many cases I've asked myself "how in the h*** are they gonna get this cleaned up?". Thank you for the inside look, and for the service you and your crew provide - stay safe.
