Technically he didn't anything wrong. I mean in many countries you can get out of the car and having a face to face conversation with police and nobody is worried so much. First: because police always go around in couple, never alone; Second: people has almost no access to weapons and those who have one is usually used for hunting, sport activities or self defense (but ya need to prove somehow that you are really in need for it). Ofc criminals are the only exception; Third: police is used to put citizens at ease and don't start any conversation like "I'm a boss knee at my feet and shut up" like many cops do in US, that's the main reason why its very rare that a traffic stop escalate at the point of no return. Said so, I understand that in a country with easy access to weapons, cops are much more stressed and worried about what may happen. A traffic stop for them can be very stressfull and dangerous and this guy knowing that should try to cooperate more instead to act like a "protected race". 'cause its what i've seen in many recents videos, black ppl acting like they have rights, they act like those who cannot be touched or suddendly yell "I can't breathe!", playing the George Floyd card.

Laws in US is super flawed that cops just need a 1% suspicion about criminal activity that they could easily arrest anyone if they so pleased. A dangerous amount of restraint. He could’ve easily had a gun and kept reaching into his pocket. I get they wanna be absolutely sure before taking action, but IMO if someone’s giving off THAT MANY red flags, (getting out of the car immediately, walking towards the cops with his hands in his pockets, yelling and obviously aggravated) AND refusing to follow direct orders, he deserves to be tazed or shot.

31 year old child. Clearly he needs a reality check because he walked out the care smoking a blunt and even was stupid enough to put it out on the patrol car. I have seen plenty of police videos with cops that were obviously being biased, but you can’t assume every officer is like that. My parents told me when I was young to follow their instructions and don’t answer any questions without a lawyer. That advice is the best advise anyone can give. He turned a possible ticket or maybe a warning to a tense situation that put himself in danger. Good thing these cops kept it professional and didn’t try to go hands on. They tried to get him to comply and not escalate the situation. I admit I do not trust police, but I am not stupid either. If you are driving, take the ticket and fight it in court if you think you have a case. Make sure the car you are driving is in compliance with the law. Also be sure to have a dash cam with sound recording as even the sound of your turn signal can save you from a ticket.
