Cody met a girl. They fell in love. He relocated to live with her. Everything was going fine until Cody left for a three day trip for work. When he returned, Cody says he walked in on his girlfriend cheating on him with his boss's son. Cody reacted out of anger and passion with the end result of him ending up on the streets of Chicago homeless.
Cody tries to sell his artwork to get enough money to get a room for a night or two. When he can get a room he can clean up enough to look for work, but he keeps getting denied employment because he is homeless.
Cody says that on weekends, a lot of people come around and give out food but there is no help to get off the streets and out of homelessness.

About Invisible People:
Since its launch in November 2008, Invisible People has leveraged the power of video and the massive reach of social media to share the compelling, gritty, and unfiltered stories of homeless people from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. The vlog (video blog) gets up close and personal with veterans, mothers, children, layoff victims and others who have been forced onto the streets by a variety of circumstances. Each week, they're on InvisiblePeople.tv, and high traffic sites such as KZbin, Twitter and Facebook, proving to a global audience that while they may often be ignored, they are far from invisible.
Invisible People goes beyond the rhetoric, statistics, political debates, and limitations of social services to examine poverty in America via a medium that audiences of all ages can understand, and can't ignore. The vlog puts into context one of our nation's most troubling and prevalent issues through personal stories captured by the lens of Mark Horvath - its founder - and brings into focus the pain, hardship and hopelessness that millions face each day. One story at a time, videos posted on InvisiblePeople.tv shatter the stereotypes of America's homeless, force shifts in perception and deliver a call to action that is being answered by national brands, nonprofit organizations and everyday citizens now committed to opening their eyes and their hearts to those too often forgotten.
Invisible People is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the way we think about people experiencing homelessness.

@Tsornta

It should be yeah, but it wouldn't matter. They would just lie about the reason of rejection. Which is basically what is already happening, since the real reason of rejection is not the technicality of the missing address on the piece of paper but the fact that he is homeless itself. I believe the real problem lies in human nature which is inherently evil. I don't know how we could fix that though. Edit: One thing you could do though is remove the decision of who to hire from the employer all together and distribute jobs based on the ability to perform them and NOTHING else. That would actually solve the problem, but it will never happen.

As u said, nobody should let someone take control over their life. If you're homeless don't tell the a future employer that you're on the streets. Give them a friends address,get a virtual mailbox,or make up one. Then you won't be frowned upon for things you don't have. A lot of times homelessness is a temporary situation that people go through. We need to understand that people go through these situations & help these people. Not everyone is lazy & just doesn't want to work.

Ajay Kumar Kaushal In my City (Zurich) there`s a ton of people just asking for money without providing value to the world. Banksters, injurance agents or the whole tax administration. On the other hand, in a system, where everything is based on exploitation and profit, just asking people for money without harming anyone is value to the world.

I feel so so so sorry for him, it break my heart looking at him. Guys please don't bother about if you have your women issue, if she must do whatever she is doing, then let her be. You can't give up your own life and dreams thinking too much about what she is doing. That's not healthy at all. If she is cheating then she is, you can't do anything about it. What you can do is go along with your own life and business and hope for the best come out of it. If not then you are already on right path, her betrayal won't be your downfall. You will learn to move on with your life and be successful. To find your another half is life long quest and it takes time and understanding to do it. Lots of men destroy their lives and precious time thinking what their women are doing or thinking. You shouldn't. Put that energy into more creative, start your own company, learn investment or travel the world with friend and create a travel blog or admire someone secretly. In that way when the worst will come, you will survive. Women shouldn't be a goal of men. Life is full of expectation, adventure and achievement, she cannot, mustn't and shouldn't be your ending. Remember she is not your first neither will be the last. Be a men.

@@melihtopcu97 sometimes as guys our pride stops us from humbling ourselves to 'receive'. I know lots of people easily put their hand out even when they don't really need. When I was homeless many people who were not homeless would turn up at events to feed the homeless, in fact more than the homeless. Yes there is a lot of greedy people out there. One time when I was living in my car near the beach, a family pulled up next to me to have a picnic. The father greeted me kindly and asked if I had eaten. I said I was going to get something later. The man asked me to join them for their picnic. They have only enough for themselves, but the man's wife divided what they had to share it with me. The family were from Iran, they were muslim and treated me with love and kindness. Even when I was homeless, I myself had done similar acts and fed other strangers, but this the 1st time I had allowed myself to receive from others in this way. By doing this I allowed them to 'give' to me. I became a more humble person and learned more about the value of 'gratitude'. Hope this helps you understand. You really need to live and experience it. ;)

@@ix-Xafra I understand and fully agree with what you are saying. Sometimes it is okay to take without giving. It's just important to give back as much as possible, that's what most people don't do. But the woman knows she just has tio get crazy for them to accept so it becomes a vicious circle when the man thinks being reasonable stops the situation, but really its what provokes her to do it again to get her way. I cant get them to understand this concept. but here in our PC environment women can walk all over men because they know if they want, they can leave and take half of the mans shit, who of course, almost always makes more than them. its a really fucked up scenario, and its destorying typical familes.

Imagine being a man,had a job,bought a house,found a girl you loved very much and one day found that she was cheating on you,you beat up the guy she was cheating on you with and then you get kicked out. Now, you're homeless. You realized you're homeless because you caught your partner cheating and you beat up her cheating partner. Life can be ruthless.

The bad part is that once their clothes are messed up, and they haven't had a bath, no one is going to give them a job like that. And when they get in that spot, it is hard to get back up. And they need resources, like places to bathe, clean free used clothes, hair cuts, and a job if they want one. There is more homelessness now than ever. We need to be addressing this more firmly.
