Disagree. I can go by my experience to say that I have a buddy w an 07 Speed6. Less than 100k miles jumped time. Cobb access port,egr delete,wouldn't come close to my SRT4. Black Speed3 at local strip,1/8th mile runs 8.90. Decent. But I'm only going on these 2 that I've seen. This red one looks like a bad bitch tho!

I have a 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 and my VVT went out my timing jumped a tooth I’m working on it but any advice
@StevenDevey2 жыл бұрын
I have advice, take your time and make sure everything is really clean. Those fricken washers work well but only if it’s perfectly clean. Also if you jumped a tooth be sure you didn’t damage your pistons or blow the engine up already. No need to change timing if something is damaged. Use parts from Mazda. The genuine parts. If you went to autozone to get them they won’t work and could cause problems.

Stock mazda 3 not speed what are the internals good for. Looking to have fun 350-400 More of a road race car. Any help is greatly appreciated
@StevenDevey Жыл бұрын
I mean the internals are probably decent but the age old answer to your question is, you can’t really build a Mazda 3 because you don’t have an ecu that’s able to manage the engine so if you slap on a turbo it’ll blow up possibly. And the money spent on the Mazda 3 might end up being more than just a mazdaspeed 3 if you take into the account all the parts you’ll have to get, ie turbo, ecu, ect.
