Not gonna lie, I audibly gasped when you first unwrapped those steaks. Those babies were gorgeous.

I use coffee, white sugar, Lowery's seasoning salt, paprika, crushed black pepper corn in my coffee crusted steaks. Even tried it on chicken and planning on trying it with pork ribs and maybe a beef roast. Mine is pretty amazing

I can imagine it tastes great on pork chops and chicken thighs, sounds good!

This is just a great combination Steak & Coffee. We'll try it on our next 'carne asada'.

Coffee? Interesting, I'll have to give that a try one time. Also, just wanted to say, next time you grill, show the steak cooking on it! I love watching videos where they drop the steak on the grill and you hear that sizzle, maybe that's just me. Keep it up! I hope you make more sous vide videos in the future!

Lake Tahoe is awesome! I'll give that recipe a go and maybe even on some briskets. Just bought a Kamado ceramic grill so I'm looking to experiment. Thanks.
